Between the sea and the mountains of Liguria, in the early 2000s, the idea of the brewery was born. In the province of Savona, founder and brewer Enrico Dosoli cultivated vineyards and collaborated with a local agricultural consortium. It is from this remarkable land that Gabiana draws its roots, a beer that embodies origin, memory, and connection to place.
Among the region’s agricultural treasures are the Gabiane chestnuts, a Slow Food Presidium product, still traditionally dried in woodland “tecci” huts as they have been for generations. Each year, we brew Gabiana as a tribute to this heritage.
Inspired by the Hellerbock style, Gabiana is a rounded golden lager with warmth and depth, yet impressive drinkability. Notes of honey and grain lead the profile, followed by subtle hints of chestnut and a delicate touch of smokiness. Its moderate alcohol content is smoothly integrated, enhancing body without overwhelming the palate.
A beer rooted in tradition and terroir, brewed each year to honor where we come from, and where a part of our heart still belongs.

LA P'IPA COLD - Gluten Free Ipa 33cl
Clear as ice, this version of La P’IPA is a sharp and refreshing Cold IPA, crafted for those who appreciate a dry profile and a clean, crisp finish.
Brewed with polished rice to enhance dryness and brightness, it is fermented at lower temperatures to achieve exceptional clarity and drinkability. The exclusive use of Cryo hops, combined with dry hopping, delivers concentrated hop aroma while keeping the body lean and precise.
Brilliantly clear and elegantly structured, it finishes bone-dry and refreshing. Expect refined notes of citrus peel and white fruit, wrapped in a crisp, ultra-clean mouthfeel.

Flora is where earth meets poetry. Few things are as deeply rooted in nature, and as evocative, as harvesting blossoms in full bloom.
Every May, when the countryside of Brianza turns white with acacia and elderflower blossoms and the air fills with their delicate fragrance, we venture into the woods to handpick fresh flowers. Over time, the project evolved from separate acacia and elderflower editions to a “wildflower” blend, before returning to its purest expression: Flora brewed with freshly harvested elderflowers from the Tuetera agroforestry oasis.
This bright Blonde Ale is infused with fresh elderflowers, delivering remarkable aromatic intensity while maintaining elegance and freshness.
On the palate, expect gentle notes of honey, white blossoms, and soft fruit nuances, wrapped in a light, balanced body.
A seasonal, terroir-driven beer that captures the essence of nature in bloom, delicate, fragrant, and beautifully drinkable.

LAMBERSCOTCH - Scottish Strong Ale 33cl

A rich and full-bodied Scottish Strong Ale, this amber-hued brew is inspired by the historic Scotch Ale tradition. Deeply complex and caramel-driven, it is crafted for slow sipping and full appreciation.
Known as a Wee Heavy, it represents the strongest expression of the style. The term “wee”, commonly used in Scotland to mean “small”, is a playful contradiction, hinting humorously at the beer’s robust alcohol content and substantial body.
The aromatic profile is layered and warming, revealing notes of ripe fruit, dried fruit, raisins, roasted malt, and pastry-like sweetness. The palate is rich and smooth, with a pronounced malt backbone and a long, satisfying finish.
Evoking misty landscapes and cold northern rivers, this is a beer designed to warm the spirit on winter evenings, yet refined enough to be enjoyed year-round by lovers of bold, malt-forward ales.
Serve at room temperature (18–20 °C / 64–68 °F) in a wide glass to allow gentle oxidation and fully unlock its aromatic depth.

Pan Nègar is a light-bodied Dry Stout brewed with buckwheat and oats, combining smoothness with rustic character.
Roasted notes of coffee and dark cocoa lead the aromatic profile, supported by hints of toasted grain. Oats lend a soft, velvety mouthfeel, while buckwheat adds a distinctive, slightly earthy nuance that sets this stout apart.
Smooth yet dry on the finish, refined yet rustic in personality, it evokes the warmth and aroma of freshly baked dark bread, the kind made from roasted grains, rich in character and depth.

The name Pan Nègar means “black bread,” the humble buckwheat bread of rural tradition, a tribute to the deep historical connection between beer and bread, both essential, everyday staples rooted in popular culture.
