Brewed in collaboration with Ølkymisten of Oslo, this bold creation was developed with brewer Luca Saccomandi and inspired by one of Italy’s most iconic desserts: tiramisu.
The foundation is a full-bodied Imperial Stout, rich and layered.
To recreate the essence of the classic dessert, we incorporated cocoa and cold-infused coffee, preserving aromatic depth and smoothness.
Muscovado sugar and subtle vanilla notes blend seamlessly with a complex grain bill of 11 dark and caramel malts, building remarkable richness and balance.
The result is a true “liquid tiramisu”, velvety, indulgent, and intensely flavorful. A decadent, dessert-style stout crafted for slow sipping and full appreciation.
