This bright, modern IPA is brewed with oats and rye in the grain bill, creating a soft yet vibrant mouthfeel. The aromatic profile bursts with tropical fruit notes, driven by an intense double dry hopping process that enhances freshness, depth, and complexity.
Crafted with four different hop varieties, totaling approximately 30 g/L, it delivers bold hop expression and a distinctive personality.

To celebrate a historic milestone, the brewery’s 25th anniversary (1996–2021), we crafted a beer that captures our full expertise in brewing IPAs.
Every element was carefully engineered: a tailored water mineral profile designed to enhance hop expression, a blend of grains to create a soft, rounded mouthfeel, layered hot-side hopping techniques for depth and complexity, and fermentation with American yeast to ensure clarity and a clean finish.
The result is Atomic, a 6.2% ABV IPA bursting with hop character. Mosaic, Chinook, Citra, and Simcoe combine to deliver a bold and expansive aromatic spectrum, packed with vibrant citrus, tropical fruit, and resinous pine notes.
Intense yet dangerously drinkable, Atomic is both a statement IPA and a celebratory brew, the perfect way to raise a glass to 25 years of craft, passion, and shared moments.
