This beer was born as an American-inspired reinterpretation of Magut,
Birrificio Lambrate’s classic German Pilsner.
In 2014, at the height of the IPA boom, the brewery decided to combine two of its core strengths: exceptional expertise in bottom fermentation and bold yet refined hopping techniques.
The outcome is a standout example in the world of hoppy lagers. We deliberately call it a “West Coast Pils” to highlight its American-style hop profile, delivering vibrant citrus and resinous aromas, while preserving the clean, crisp drinkability that defines a traditional Pilsner.
A precise and modern lager that balances expressive hop character with the refreshing ease of a classic Pils.
